We used Olympic to remove old carpet and install French oak in three bedrooms to match the rest of the flooring. They were phenominal to work with- they answered all my questions (I had a lot) we had unexpected issues when the carpet was removed (water on the concrete slab) so they worked with us on our new timelines. The work was phenominal and I couldn't be happier.
Now 8 months later we had a pipe leak in the kitchen and needed to repair/replace wood. Rafal and his team came out to our house several times to come up with the best solution.

I wanted to support a local company and looked for high ratings. Rafal was with me from the time I (unannounced) walked into his showroom until the finished product and install. He is knowledgeable, honest, and was open to working with our timeline when multiple other contractors were involved. I had nothing but a positive experience. My needs and concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. Rafal was always available to contact. Our installer, Budo, was professional and friendly. I trusted this company and their employees in my home, when we were at work, and would absolutely do so again. Support local. Their quality can't be beat. Olympic Hardwood installed 3000 sq ft of engineered hardwood in our 1950's era home. The work they did was nothing short of amazing. Regina and Rafal spent quite a bit of time assisting us in picking the perfect flooring before we committed. We received a detailed estimate before work began, and when the work was finished there were no surprises in the cost. Work began on the dot the day it was scheduled, and proceeded right on time in spite of an entire week of rain. Their craftsmen were meticulous, not to mention polite and all-around great guys. The flooring has transformed our house! We really did our homework interviewing various flooring companies in the Phoenix area, and could not be happier that we chose Olympic for the job.

I had Olympic remove a glued down wood floor and replace with a wide plank French oak engineered wood floor. They did an outstanding job - the floor is absolutely beautiful! They were timely, neat, thorough and payed great attention to detail and did a wonderful job. I got estimates from several top flooring companies in the valley and Olympic's estimate was the most detailed and very reasonable compared to all others. I had lived with my dated, glued down, engineered wood floors for 10+ years and had hated them from the day I purchased my house. When I finally decided to replace them, I took my time, shopped around, selected a couple of hardwood flooring options, interviewed a few different installers and got bids to do the work. Then I went to Olympic Hardwood Flooring’s showroom and I knew I was in the right place and had hit the lottery.
I first met Kelly, she is terrific, lovely, kind and was helpful and patient as I looked at all of their flooring options, and they have A LOT to choose from. Rafal helped narrow down my selections and let me take samples home. Once I made my decision, Rafal presented an estimate to complete the job that was both competitive and detailed. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns before I gave him my deposit to begin the project. Rafal and Kelly kept me informed of ordering, delivery and installation dates and adhered to the schedule throughout the entire project.
I was blessed to have Buddha install my flooring, he was absolutely fantastic. His work is impeccable, flawless and detailed; he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was an absolute pleasure to work with. In the span of six days, he removed and replaced the hardwood flooring in the living room and removed old carpet in the primary and guest bedrooms and replaced it with the same oak flooring. Even when unexpected, extra floor prep work was required the work was still completed on time, per the schedule and within budget.
To say I am thrilled with the outcome is an understatement…I’m ecstatic!! My house has been transformed into a home. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded anything I could have ever hoped for. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Olympic Hardwood Flooring, everyone there is terrific and it was the best decision I ever made!!
In 2023 we did a whole house remodel and from all trades involved, the wood floor and baseboard work done by Olympic Hardwood was absolute tops! His crews were very meticulous, hard working and polite. The workmanship is impeccable and we literally cannot find a single thing to criticize or complain about!
Olympic hardwood performance was all the more remarkable since they we brought in on short notice as we had to fire the originally chosen by us flooring company due to extremely shoddy work.
Rafal’s crews took over the job at the floor leveling stage, re-leveled the flooring in the whole house and perfectly completed the install of wood flooring and baseboards while on a very tight schedule caused by the firing the original trade. Rafal literally rescued what could have been a disastrous install by another well known flooring company/store.
We definitely will choose Olympic Harwood should we have another flooring project.
